Leigh Holt is the Founder and President of maddjett (www.maddjett.com), and co-founder of REDJETT Management (www.redjett.com).
Based in Nashville, TN, the companies were founded by entertainment and sports marketing/sponsorship executive, Leigh Holt, and serves national entertainment clients, events and lifestyle brands. maddjett has a roster of notable clients and projects including Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour, Hunter Hayes, Oprah’s The Life You Want Weekend, Pepsi MidAmerica, PixMob, Harper Collins Christian Publishers, Sony Music Nashville, the Museum of the Bible and more. REDJETT Management, co-founded with Kendra Flack, provides management for Christian artists like Blanca and Lauren Daigle.
After 10 years in the music industry helping others to achieve success, Leigh decided to take her fate into her own hands. In October of 2013, Leigh left her role as the VP of Strategic Partnerships with Warner Music Nashville to launch maddjett (named after her sons, Maddox and Jett), a full-service agency designed to build brands, businesses, and partnerships. Her desire was to build a company that would allow her to continue her
innovate work within the music industry and provide the freedom to design her own schedule. As a wife and mother of two young sons, Leigh wanted the flexibility of being her own boss so that she could better balance her career while being there for her family when they needed her. Years later, maddjett is now considered Nashville’s branding experts by their exemplary work product. Leigh is shaping the way the music industry does business now and in the future. Through technology and innovative event strategies, maddjett is creating a new frontier for brands to interact, engage and respond to consumer needs and wants. There are very few companies today changing the landscape of the entertainment industry like maddjett. Through tailored strategies that include traditional, digital and creative ideas, maddjett engineers customize solutions that increase both revenue and brand awareness for their clients as well as provide platform development and technology solutions. In addition, Leigh has a heart for serving others and giving back to the community so she created a division of maddjett that works to help local non-profits. She has spent countless hours with peers and colleagues to consult and help them realize their potential. maddjett has partnered with SMART Supplies, the YWCA and most recently, the American Cancer Society (in honor of her parents) and their development of the Relay LIVE brand – hosting their inaugural music festival event this past April. Leigh lives in Franklin with her husband Tim and her two sweet boys, Jett and Maddox and roots for the Georgia Bulldogs any chance she gets.
