With IMMERSE just 2 DAYS away, we know that there are questions out there! We have written this post to help answer some, but don’t hesitate to email or call the GMA staff to get your specific questions answered!

Is the schedule for IMMERSE posted?
Yes! The final IMMERSE schedule can be see here.

Is there a map of Belmont?
Yes again! The map can be viewed here.

Where do I need to go on Wednesday?
Registration sign in starts on Wednesday at 830AM, and will take place in the Maddox Grand Atrium (same place as last year if you joined us in ’09). This is #5 on the above map.

Where do I need to go if I am checking into the dorms on Tuesday?
You will need to go to Kennedy Hall no earlier than 3PM – Kennedy is #2 on the map. Then you will need to go to registration on Wednesday starting at 830AM.

I signed up for a competition, what time am I competing?
Britt and Kelly in the competition office are working SUPER hard at getting everyone assigned and made aware of their times. If for some reason you have not heard from one of them, feel free to drop them a line to find out your time. Or you can always wait until you get onsite and check with them there!

I signed up for a field trip but have no selected which one, what do I do?
Our office is working to announce those prior to your arrival, but in the off chance you have not selected your field trip before you get to IMMERSE that is no big deal! Just head over to the competition table at registration and you will be able to select it there.

I’m staying in the dorm, what do I need to bring?
For all of you who are staying in the dorms and wondering what to bring, there will be a linen pack for each of you that includes:
- top sheet
- bottom sheet
- pillow
- pillowcase
- blanket
- 2 wash cloths
- two towels
Also, the dorms have semi-lofted beds, desk with chair, individual A/C units, and free WiFi.

We are looking forward to see each and everyone one of you! Again, if you have any questions feel free to drop anyone of us a line, or even hit IMMERSE up on Facebook or Twitter and someone will get back to you!
