WHO SHOULD COME TO THIS EVENT?

IMMERSE is for artists, songwriters, vocalists and worship leaders. If you have a knack for music and want to know what to do next, IMMERSE is the place for you. Whether you already have a career – or you want to someday – there’s going to be something for you to learn at IMMERSE. Even if you’re just interested in the music business in general, this is a great place to start.

CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE, FAMILY MEMBER OR BAND MEMBER TO IMMERSE?

Sure! The more the merrier. Just don’t forget to register your guest.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT/AUDITION FOR THE MASTERCLASS SESSIONS?

The deadline to register for MasterClass is Thursday, May 14th by midnight central time. Once you register, you will have until Monday, May 18th by midnight central time to submit your application!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE CONFERENCE OR CONCERTS?

The event isn’t designed for anyone under 13. We won’t have any separate activities for the kiddos, and you’ll want to be focused on learning and networking. If you want your family to join you for the evening concerts, you’re welcome to purchase tickets for anyone over the age of 5.

HOW DO I MAKE HOUSING AND MEAL ARRANGEMENTS?

You may arrange these on your own, but we also offer meal plans and housing on the campus of Lipscomb University. Rooms are dorm-style with community bathrooms. Room assignments will be made according to gender. Dorm floors will be divided by gender (male floor, female floor).

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY IMMERSE REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE?

Yes – you will receive an email confirmation right away.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BADGE AND OTHER EVENT MATERIALS?

All of your registration materials will be handed out on-site at IMMERSE.

CAN I REGISTER WHEN I GET THERE?

Yes, but keep in mind that rates will be higher. You’ll definitely be better off letting us know you’re coming ahead of time.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL COMPLETELY?

We seriously hope that doesn’t happen! However, sometimes it just can’t be helped – so if you need to cancel, here are the details:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to April 28th are subject to a fee of $70. No refunds allowed for registration after April 28th. No refunds given on Masterclass, evening concerts, or Meal Plans. Email Events Registration at kaley@gospelmusic.org to cancel.

Transfer Policy: Payment for IMMERSE is not transferable from person to person or to any other year of IMMERSE.

Additional Notes: Housing, meals (breakfast and dinner) and convenience fees will be added to the base price. All pricing, payment plan options, and terms and conditions are subject to change. International Registrants: U.S. funds only please. No refunds will be issued prior to the event. All refunds will be issued after the event has ended.

RECORDING & IMAGE WAIVER

The Gospel Music Association (GMA) reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, satellite, cable, internet, and any other means of distribution. The GMA also reserves the right to capture photographic images during the event and use them for promotional purposes. By entering you agree to be filmed, photographed and recorded. You also agree that all material captured by the GMA may be used by the GMA and its partners for promotional purposes, worldwide.
